We are proud to share that Forvis Mazars has been recognised as one of the most attractive companies in Italy in 2026. This recognition showcases the employers that young professionals in Italy see as top choices as they start their careers.

The ranking is created by Joinrs, a platform that helps new generations discover companies that reflect their goals and values. The process is entirely independent. Companies cannot apply and there are no surveys or fees. All insights come from Joinrs AI and are validated through the platform’s annual research observatory, the Joinrs Data Loop.

For the 2026 edition: 

• Around 2,600 companies active in Italy were analysed
• 290 companies were selected 
• The behaviour of more than one million young talents was reviewed

The evaluation considers: 

• Job postings published in the last twelve months
• Company career pages and corporate websites
• Communication on culture, values, growth and sustainability
• Employer reputation on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
