What are the awards about?

The Impact awards celebrate remarkable projects that have made a positive impact on our firm, our clients and beyond.

This year, there were 116 entries competing across all categories. Each project took place between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.

How were the candidates and winners chosen?

A judging panel representative of Forvis Mazars diverse geographies and functions shortlisted three finalists per category. Partners then voted for the winning project.

Brand & market profile: Client service playbook

Forvis Mazars has introduced a global playbook designed to ensure consistent, high-quality client service across all teams. It promotes key behaviours such as listening, responsiveness and collaboration, while supporting training and development. This initiative helps every employee deliver a unified experience that strengthens our culture, enhances brand reputation and improves client satisfaction.

This EVP reflects who we are as a firm and can be adapted locally to meet diverse needs. Developed collaboratively across the organisation, it enables us to go to market with one consistent message, strengthening our employer brand in a highly competitive talent landscape.

Transformation & future readiness: XFactory Ukraine:

Our teams came together to support Ukrainian startups and entrepreneurs during wartime by offering expert guidance in Forvis Mazars’ core areas. The project gained wide visibility, with the launch announced by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Startup Fund and was covered by more than 20 media outlets.
