Celebrating our commitment to #AccelerateAction: Highlights from International Women’s Day
International Women's Day highlights
Last week, on 7 and 8 March, people around the world came together to celebrate International Women’s Day. This annual event serves as a powerful moment to recognise the achievements of women, highlight ongoing challenges, and inspire meaningful action towards gender equity.
Last year, our leaders shared their commitments for advancing gender equity, outlining the progress they hoped to achieve by this year. Now, we’re following up with their real tangible actions in a short video series. You can watch them now here.
In addition to this, our leaders, Hervé Hélias, Chairman, and Pascal Jauffret, Chief Executive Officer, shared their insights on the importance of accelerating action now and in the future, which was featured on the official International Women’s Day webpage.
Much like in previous years, our people also made a resounding impact on social media with the international #AccelerateAction campaign. On a national level, many countries organised local events. Here are the highlights:
Forvis Mazars in Mauritius
Forvis Mazars in the Philippines
Forvis Mazars in Japan
Forvis Mazars in Colombia
Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong
We are proud of the community we’ve built at Forvis Mazars and are inspired by the initiatives put in place across every region.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue to promote how we plan to #AccelerateAction on gender equity now and in the future. Check out our social media page to learn more and help us spread the word.
