Compass short-term international mobility programme

This inaugural group brings together 10 colleagues from our offices in the U.S., UK, France, the Netherlands and South Africa, united by a shared ambition to grow, collaborate and make an impact across borders. 

The Compass programme has been designed to: 
✔️ Share best practices between our network member firms 
✔️ Reinforce our common unmatched client experience across the globe 
✔️ Build strong, lasting working relationships among our people 

Over the next three months, participants will be immersed in new environments across Cape Town, Chicago, Dublin, Houston, Manchester, Nashville, New York, Paris and Singapore. gaining fresh perspectives while strengthening our global connectivity.
