Investing in our future leaders: LEAD programme 2026

In June, we hosted our annual LEAD programme, a global development initiative designed to prepare future partners for the next stage of their leadership journey.

Across two cohorts, more than 70 participants from 27 countries came together to strengthen their leadership capabilities, explore modern approaches to coaching and career storytelling, and build meaningful connections across our international partnership.

The programme also marks the beginning of a seven-month development journey. During this time, participants will continue their learning through peer coaching, helping to embed a stronger coaching mindset and further nurture a culture of continuous development across the firm.

Developing our future Partners sits at the heart of our strategy. By investing in their growth, we not only strengthen our leadership pipeline but also reinforce the collaborative, people-centred culture that defines our Partnership model.
